在Tomcat上发布war之前需要配置一个管理用户以进入上传页面，而配置就是通过修改/usr/local/tomcat6/conf/tomcat-users.xml这个文件进行的。下面是修改后的文字：

　　修改好tomcat-users.xml文件后，重启tomcat就能进去上传war的页面了。
